Hey! We're Jake and Annie, the husband-and-wife team behind Earnest Films. It's been a dream of ours to work together and now, after ten years of saying it to one another, we've finally made it happen.
Jake is a filmmaker with over ten years in the industry, driven by a love for storytelling and creating cinematic scenes that really connect with people. He's all about capturing real, authentic moments in his signature documentary style, bringing those raw stories to life on screen.
Annie is a teacher and cares for our twins, all while nurturing her love for art and design from her school days. More recently, she’s been diving into photography, with our kids happily starring as her favorite subjects.
We tied the knot in 2021 with only our closest relatives present. The footage from our big-little day was captured on iPhones by the seventeen guests. To this day, they are the most precious videos we look back on, after those of our twins.
We know that you'll watch your wedding film over and over, holding onto those special moments no matter how they were captured.
